　　近日最高人民法院發(fā)布了19條《婚姻法》司法解釋，首次明確認(rèn)定婚后父母出資為子女購買房產(chǎn)且產(chǎn)權(quán)登記在自己子女名下的為夫妻一方財(cái)產(chǎn)，此規(guī)定被廣泛形容為“公婆買房，兒媳沒份”，在網(wǎng)上引發(fā)了人們的熱議。
