Effect and mechanism of EOP on diabetic mice induced by alloxan【作者】 劉國榮; 邱立朋; 周延萌; 辛?xí)悦?/FONT>; 髙允生; 【Author】 LIU Guo-rong1,QIU Li-peng2,ZHOU Yan-meng2,GAO Yun-sheng2,XIN Xiao-ming2(1.Dept.of Pharmacy,Cangshan People’s Hospital,Cangshan 277700;2.Taishan Medical College,Taian 271016,China) 【機構(gòu)】 蒼山縣人民醫(yī)院藥劑科; 泰山醫(yī)學(xué)院藥學(xué)院; 【摘要】 目的研究杜仲多糖對四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用,為杜仲的進一步開發(fā)和利用提供理論依據(jù)。方法四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠實驗隨機分為6組,分別用生理鹽水、消渴丸、低劑量(100 mg.kg-1)、中劑量(200 mg.kg-1)和高劑量(400 mg.kg-1)杜仲多糖ig,連續(xù)ig 10天。末次給藥后再次測定小鼠的血糖水平、體重,然后將小鼠眼球取血后迅速頸椎脫臼處死,解剖取胸腺和脾臟分別計算其胸腺指數(shù)與脾臟指數(shù),并測定血清MDA、SOD、NO、NOS。結(jié)果杜仲多糖能有效降低四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠的血糖,相對于模型組杜仲多糖組的血糖和體重下降減少,胸腺指數(shù)和脾臟指數(shù)都有所升高,MDA、NO降低,SOD、NOS升高。結(jié)論杜仲多糖對四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠有一定的降血糖作用。 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of the eucommia ulmoides oliv polysaccharides on diabetes mellitus mices caused by Alloxan,in order to provide the theretical basis for further development and use of Eucommia.Methods: Hyperglycemic model of mice was made by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan.By the test of the blood glucose of the mice with blood glucose monitoring,blood glucose levels higher than 10.0 mmol/L were the successful diabetic mice.The mice were randomly divided int... 【關(guān)鍵詞】 杜仲多糖; 四氧嘧啶; 降血糖作用;
