健康美味食譜の摩洛哥烤雞胸肉

      雞胸肉也就是雞脯肉~蛋白質(zhì)含量很高且容易被人體吸收!是減肥時可選的一道葷食!


  小編個人是非常喜歡吃雞脯肉的~口感很好且可以搭配很多菜,有各種各樣的烹飪方式~單獨吃也是一種味蕾享受呢~



        好了廢話不多說,今天小編要教大家一款以烤的方法烹制的雞胸肉!健康美味~且不用擔心發(fā)胖的問題??!如今,還有什么比健康更重要哩!


摩洛哥烤雞胸肉

Grilled Moroccan Chicken Breasts


食材:

橄欖油 60克

新鮮的檸檬汁 20克

蒜 3瓣

五香粉 3克 

孜然 5克

甜椒粉 5克

辣椒粉 2克(喜歡辣的童鞋請猛放)

鹽  10克

黑胡椒 3克

新鮮歐芹 一小束

新鮮香菜 一小束

雞胸肉 4塊(中等大?。?/p>

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp olive oil

4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

3 garlic cloves

1 tsp ground coriander

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp sweet paprika

1/8 tsp chili powder

1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/2 bunch fresh parsley
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts


做法:

準備好料理機~把除了香菜和歐芹的調(diào)料全部倒入!

Practice:

       Put all ingredients into food processor except for the cilantro , parsley and chicken. Pulse the marinade 5-7 times times to mince the garlic.

把香菜和歐芹一同加入進行攪打,這樣黃綠相間的顏色會讓你的雞肉更漂亮

Next, add in cilantro and parsley and pulse it  a few more times. Pulse until your cilantro and parsley look chopped (your chicken will look prettier if you don’t puree it. Hey now, prettiness counts, especially when you’re serving something for company).


雞脯肉處理干凈~將表面的水用廚房紙拭干!縱向切將其一分為二!(如圖)放入一個可以密封的袋子里

Slice the chicken in half lengthwise to make make 8 thinner chicken breast pieces. (I added a picture, just incase someone’s like, “what’s lengthwise?” and then proceeded to cut it in half down the middle :-O). Transfer chicken breast into a large ziploc bag (or bowl).

將調(diào)和好的調(diào)料汁淋入保鮮袋里!

Pour marinade over chicken and smoosh/toss-it-in-the-air-like-you-just-don’t-care, to evenly coat the chicken.  

密封好腌制4個小時以上,最好腌制一晚上喲!

Let it sit at least 4 hours or over night.

腌制好的雞脯肉可以拿出來煎了~~也可以烤箱烤!大約190度35分鐘左右!

Grill the chicken on medium heat just until cooked through. Note: If you want to bake this chicken, one of my readers shared that she baked at 375F for 35 minutes (covered) and for another 5 minutes uncovered and it worked well.

出鍋嘍??!滿屋子的香氣~迫不及待啦!要記得這個醬汁是最好的哦~

Make the tzatziki sauce (Seriously. Please!) and keep in mind the tzatziki sauce is best if made at least an hour in advance, preferable refrigerated overnight).

里面非常的嫩哦~~不喜歡香菜的同學(xué)可以用其他香料代替哈!

If you don't like cilantro, please choose another herbs!
