編者按:國(guó)內(nèi)外各大臨床指南均建議將飲食和生活方式的改變作為預(yù)防和管理糖尿病和心血管疾病的治療基礎(chǔ),低升糖指數(shù)(GI)飲食被廣泛地推薦給糖尿病患者以更好地控制餐后血糖。加拿大多倫多大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院的John L Sievenpiper教授團(tuán)隊(duì)接受歐洲糖尿病研究協(xié)會(huì)(EASD)的委托,對(duì)低GI飲食的隨機(jī)對(duì)照研究進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)回顧和薈萃分析,為制定新的營(yíng)養(yǎng)治療臨床實(shí)踐指南提供證據(jù)。研究結(jié)果發(fā)表在著名的BMJ雜志。 最新薈萃分析:低GI飲食改善HbA1c和心血管危險(xiǎn)因素 哪些因素會(huì)影響食物的GI?
